US Weekly also reports that the beautiful woman to whom the actor proposed is his real life leading lady, Cara Santana, who grew up in El Paso, Texas, headed west to become an actress and met Metcalfe a long time ago. It seems that the actor, who plays Christopher Ewing - the adopted son of Bobby Ewing - in the updated version of Dallas, which will air as a TV movie in the US this summer, and Santana have been forming a happy couple for the past 4 – 5 years and have been living together for at least three.The 33-year-old actor previously dated Courtney Robertson, an annoying model who is currently a contestant on Ben Flajnik’s season of The Bachelor and Northern Irish singer Nadine Coyle, one of the Girls Aloud singers, but he was never engaged before. 46-year-old Martinez caught the media’s attention when he supported Kylie Minogue throughout her fight with cancer and since, he is considered by some to be “the French Brad Pitt,” according to the Internet Movie Database. He also played in several films such as “S.W.A.T.” and “Taking Lives.” As for his recent engagement to the American actress, the media first reported that the couple got hitched on January 3, soon after few photographers caught snapshots of Berry with a ring on her left hand while she was having relaxing date night at Iris, Cirque du Soleil’s film-history-themed show at the Kodak Theatre in L.A.

As more reports emerge, Berry is said to walk down the aisle in California early this summer as she is eager to have more children. It seems he has finally found the courage to do what he run away of during their five-year long relationship. McConaughey, who first became known with 1993’s “Dazed and Confused” and has since starred in films including “Contact” (1997), “The Wedding Planner” (2001), “Fool’s Gold” (2008) and “The Lincoln Lawyer” (2011), met his bride-to-be Alves in a Los Angeles bar in 2006 and began dating soon afterward, according to Us Weekly. Alves, 29, who hosted season three of Bravo’s hairstyling competition “Shear Genius” last year and owns with her mother the Muxo line of handbags, seems to be The One for McConaughey. He gave him two beautiful children - son Levi, 3, and daughter Vida, who turns 2 in January - and made him want to built a family with her. He told Esquire magazine in March that his and Alves’ current home in Malibu represents the commitment of their union. “Before this, I had a super home in the Hollywood Hills,” he said. “But that house was mine. And yeah, we coulda gone in there right away. Camila would have said, ‘Fine, don’t change a thing.’ But I thought, I found the woman I wanna do it with, the woman I wanna make a family with, hopefully live our life out together. She needs to have 50 percent of that. I mean, it is a lot easier for me to be at 100 percent. I’ve always been 100 percent. It’s braver for me at 50 percent.”

If earlier this year he didn’t want to make his relationship legal, pointing out that his parents married each other three times and divorced twice, the actor finally did it without regrets.

And it was kind of romantic, teenage-like and crazy in the same time as the happy couple chose to unite their destinies in a “drive-thru” style while sitting in the back of a pink Cadillac. “She wanted to do the whole thing in a Cadillac. That was her thing,” a source told People magazine. So, on Thursday, the non-traditional bride arrived at the chapel around 7 p.m. in a pink, low-cut dress that revealed her tattoos, her groom was waiting for her dressed in a dark jacket and pink shirt and they filled out paperwork before settling into the Caddy at A Little White Wedding Chapel on the famous Las Vegas Strip. “It wasn’t a traditional dress, but it wasn’t a traditional wedding either,” said the same source. “She cried during the vows and had to wipe her eyes” and how could she not while scented candles were burning and the choir was singing “Happy Birthday” to her as she had another reason to be happy about - it was her 45th birthday.

However, despite the singer’s celebrity status, the bride and groom were the only people in attendance at the wedding; even O’Connor’s four children missed the event. On the day of the couple’s departure to the United States, the singer posted photos on her website showing her and fiancé Barry Herridge on their way for what she called “my absolute dream wedding ceremony.” She promises to post “a photo or two” as soon as possible after the 10-minutes ceremony but she didn’t, not yet. What we know though is that she is “a very happy girl.”

The singer, who said in 2005 to Entertainment Weekly that she is “three-quarters heterosexual, a quarter gay” and that she leans “a bit more towards the hairy blokes”, met her husband last summer, after she launched a very public search for love — posting on her website and Twitter about her need to find a mate. She wrote that she was in “desperate need of a very sweet sex-starved man,” but specified that they “must be no younger than 44, must not be named Brian or Nigel, must be blind enough to think I’m gorgeous, has to be employed and he has to like his mother.” Herridge, a life-long fan of the singer, responded with an e-mail that caught O’Connor’s eye. “I was getting off a train at Connolly Station one morning when I saw this woman acting strangely on the platform. At first I didn’t know what she was doing, and then I realized she was playing hopscotch,” he said. “It wasn’t Sinead but a business woman in a suit and in her 30s, just having a bit of fun. I wondered why more women that age weren’t doing the same thing? O’Connor has been married three times before to music producer John Reynolds, journalist Nicholas Sommerlad and most recently to Steve Cooney, who she wed in July last year, but divorced in April and she said she “had no intention of getting married again but Barry was extremely persuasive.”

The official announcement comes on the heels of several photos of the couple, which captured Anne and Adam taking a walk in the park over the weekend in Brooklyn, with Anne wearing an engagement ring. The actress’ rep confirmed that Adam, who began dating Anne three years ago, has finally popped the big question and the actress of course accepted to give him her hand in marriage at some point in the near future. Adam - a 30-year-old actor/jewelry designer - gave her his total support following the former “Princess Diaries” star’s highly publicized and dramatic breakup with Raffaello Follieri. Their relationship ended after Follieri pled guilty to 14 counts of defrauding investors of millions of dollars when he posed as a real-estate consultant for the Vatican, money laundering and wire fraud. “I hate talking about the breakup because I don’t want it to define me, but as is to be expected, there were a lot of lingering trust issues,” she told Vogue last year of the scandalous split.
Fortunately, after five months, Adam, who knew her for a while, showed her again how it feels to be in love. “We hit it off immediately, but it took us a pretty long time to get together. Things sped up a bit [when I realized we were both single] - and I think I’ll leave it at that. I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan, I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!” Hathaway told Us Weekly.

The 29-year-old actress, who is mostly known for her roles in the 2010 films - “Valentine’s Day”, “Alice In Wonderland”, “Love And Other Drugs”, in the 2007 film “Becoming Jane”, 2006 film “The Devil Wears Prada,” the 2005 film “Brokeback Mountain”, 2004 “Ella Enchanted” and many more, said about her relationship with Adam that is low-key. “Mellow doesn’t always make for a good story, but it makes for a good life,” she said. And so, due to a family drama, Roth’s altruistic side took charge. She planned the wedding in three short weeks and moved the event close to home. It was a happy day for her as she said to the press a few days ago, but still, it was not just about her. Her nuptials day was one she would never forget but unlike many brides, Roth was not the central figure. “My mother, Jane, was diagnosed with stage four brain cancer in January of this year,” says Roth, who will soon join the cast of “Ringer”. “She was very weak so we planned our wedding in three weeks near my parents’ house.”

The actress, 44, and producer Todd Biermann said ‘I do’ at Vineland Estates Winery in Ontario near Niagra Falls. Twelve people, including the couple’s 18-month-old daughter, Ava, witnessed the happy moment and attended the reception. Roth walked down the aisle carrying Ava in an ivory eco-couture gown by Canadian designer Adele Weschler and it seems she was not a Bridezilla. In fact she didn’t stressed over being too meticulous because she is a mother and according to her, “When you have a baby, you’re busy being a mom.”

The little girl got scared, so she walked down the aisle with her mother “Then, pretty much the whole time we were doing vows, Ava had to be in my arms. When she got tired, she fell asleep in Todd’s arms right at the end of the ceremony.” This may sound outrageous for a bride who didn’t experienced motherhood, but for Roth, “it was so special…the three of us, when we exchanged vows [or] the three of us dancing – those are the moments that made me happy”. Besides, the woman who gave her the gift of life was there, making the day even more memorable. “Before the wedding my sister and I weren’t sure she was going to make it,” she said to People magazine. “They weren’t certain she’d even be able to be at the wedding for an hour. But she was determined to be there. She ended up staying for hours and hours. It could not have been a more perfect day.”

The 28-year-old actress, who rose to fame playing Emily Quartermaine on the soap opera “General Hospital” and starred on the CBS series “Joan of Arcadia” and has also appeared in films like “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants,” “The Grudge 2,” “Main Street” and “127 Hours” but she recently returned to TV with a role on “House” is engaged to be married. It seems that Cross, 47, who is best known for his outrageousness on the 2003-06 cult sitcom Arrested Development, on which he played the gaffe-prone, madcap Tobias Fünke, popped the big question to Amber and she said yes.
For those who don’t know very well who Cross is, we can tell that he is a stand-up comedian who became famous for his work on HBO’s sketch comedy series, “Mr. Show” and for his recurring role on the FOX comedy series, “Running Wilde.” He currently appears in IFC’s British-American original comedy series, “The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret”, as the actor created, wrote and stars as Todd Margaret, a well-intentioned corporate nobody, who bluffs his way into a senior sales position at the London office for the new energy drink Thunder Muscle.

His future wife is also busy with her career so they don’t quite get the time to plan a wedding by the book. They didn’t even set a date for their nuptials, not to mention other details such as venues, menu, dress code, honeymoon location. All these are far far away. Perhaps the two lovebirds are enjoying their status as fiancé and fiancée and they don’t want to rush things. First was Burke’s wedding to her fiancé of five years and father of two of her children. She walked down the aisle on Friday, as 39-year-old David Charvet was waiting for her. It happened in St. Barts, as her rep confirmed to People magazine. Next day, Burke confirmed that she has finally got the union she wanted after a hot and steamy relationship. She tweeted: “morning tweeties. Waiting for LA to wake up….big news to share.” So her fans wondered why she made this step after such a long engagement. She gave them the answer: “We started talking about why to do it at this point in our relationship. ‘Do you want forever?’ David asked. ‘Yes, I need forever,’ I said. It was just that simple. I would like to have a husband.”

Burke and her husband are parents to son Shaya, 3, and daughter Rain, 4½, while Burke is also mother to daughters Sierra, 9 and Neriah, 11, from her previous marriage to Garth Fisher.
Then, on Saturday two weddings fought for paparazzi’s attention: Sherri Shepherd’s wedding to fiancé Lamar Sally, at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago, her hometown, and Tara Reid’s wedding to boyfriend Zack Kehayov in Greece.

The 30 Rock actress made it public the fact that she devoted months to trying to get in shape for her big day, even in the day before the wedding, as she did a few last-minute workouts at her hotel gym. The curvy actress, who previously struggled to accept her body type and whose lesbian character and her support for gay rights led to her receiving hate mails, said in an interview with Latina magazine that she had, “never quite found my best friend and my romantic relationship all rolled up in one” as she did with Ryan. It was the first time Sara talked about her private life.
This will be the first marriage for Ramirez, 35, and the cherry top of some amazing years. But Sara isn’t the only celebrity that celebrates the beginning of a new life with their partners. The former Dexter star, Julie Benz, is engaged to her boyfriend of four years, marketing executive Rich Orosco. The 39-year-old actress couldn’t refuse the customized Kwiat cushion-cut diamond and platinum engagement ring – complete with a diamond frame and milgrain edge band that her boyfriend, 38, gave her while popping the question in the backyard of the home they share in Los Angeles.

Benz, who recently starred in ABC’s shortlived drama No Ordinary Family and is set to appear on USA’s Royal Pains, will walk down the aisle for the second time, as she was previously married to actor John Kassir in 1998 but divorced in 2007.
