Sean Penn Has a New Woman in His Life
Sean Penn, named Best Actor early this year for portraying gay San Francisco politico Harvey Milk, has a new girlfriend. The mysterious girl who was spotted spending time with Sean Penn in London earlier this month has been identified. She is African-American model and occasional actress Jessica White.
As various sources have reported, it looks like, Penn, 49, and White, 25, have been spending a considerable lot of time together in each other’s company. According to People magazine, on Friday night, they had dinner in Manhattan, at Hotel Griffou, both ordered chicken and drank vodka and then headed to the Mercer Hotel. They were seen laughing and joking and the actor was even said feeding the model food from his own plate. “They were holding hands. They seemed really into each other,” a source says. “She was laying on him. She was laying on his shoulder. They were lounging around. He seemed really into her.” Some sections of the media think that with these, Penn is allegedly declaring his new love interest out in the public. However, outside the restaurant, Penn and White walked separately to avoid being photographed together.
On Saturday, Penn and his Sports Illustrated swimsuit model companion attended a birthday party for model Noemie Lenoir at Meatpacking District hotspot Abe & Arthur’s, where they arrived holding hands. A source says The Oscar Award-winning actor is currently undergoing divorce proceedings from his actress wife Robin Wright Penn, best-known for her roles in “The Princess Bride” and “Forrest Gump” and who is the mother of his two children: daughter Dylan Frances and son Hopper Jack. He initially filed for divorce in December 2007, but his petition was later dismissed. Three days later, Robin filed her own paperwork. However, in April 2008, the couple’s divorce petition was dismissed at their request.
In April this year, Sean sought another legal separation from Robin, whom he married in April 1996. The following month, he had his representative confirming that he called off his latest legal separation from Robin. Last month, Sean decided to file another divorce process.
So now, he’s on rebound with his gorgeous swimsuit model who has appeared in several music videos of famous singers and has made cameo appearances in several big screen flicks. White isn’t though the first swimsuit model to comfort Penn after a breakup. Soon after his temporary separation from Wright last year, Penn was romantically linked to Petra Nemcova. But if People’s source is right and the pair is “together all the time, they are pretty serious together. She wants to get serious with him and it seems like he is really into her too”, maybe it’s more than a fling for Penn.
